Ingredients:
500 g Strawberries 1 sponge cake base (about 10-12 inches) 1 pkg GoBIO! Vanilla Pudding Mix 2 Tbsp sweetener, e.g. cane sugar or maple syrup 500 ml (2 cups) milk, soy milk or rice drink 1 pkg Fruit Flan Glaze 1 cup (250 ml) fruit juice for glaze 1 Tbsp sweetener for glaze
Directions:
Use pudding mix, milk and sweetener to prepare the GoBIO! Vanilla Pudding according to directions. While still warm, spread about ½ to ⅔ of the pudding onto the sponge cake base. Set the rest of the pudding aside. Wash strawberries, remove stems, and cut into halves. Arrange strawberry halves onto the cake-pudding base. Use the Fruit Flan Glaze, fruit juice and sweetener to prepare the fruit glaze according to directions and spread evenly over strawberries.
