I'm very happy I have found this site and organic gelatin!
I tried to make some classic old fashioned tapioca pudding and though the recipe doesn't include gelatine as an ingredient at all I decided to add a little and created some mousse-like pudding which was just perfect as a home-made dessert.
I'm going to experiment with it more because it works very well and healthy for the body.
Thank you very much for the detailed instructions how correctly to use gelatin, it helped a lot!
From now on I'm a fan of organic gelatin from GoBIO!
