How To Place Your Order Online
Online ordering through GoBIO! Food is easy and secure. Just follow these simple steps to place your order.
- Search or browse our website to find the products you're interested in.
- To add a product to your shopping cart, click .
- When you're finished shopping, click . Please note, that a $25 order minimum is required.
- You'll be asked to register or login, so you get connected to our secure server.
- Continue with your Checkout Procedure, including your shipping address and payment information. If you've ordered with us before, most of this information will show automatically. Click .
- We'll display a page called Order Confirmation, which shows all of your order information for your final approval. Review, click and you're finished!
GoBIO! Food will send you an order process confirmation by e-mail. Once you have created an account, you won't have to enter your account information again when you order.
Viewing My Account Information
If you want to check on the status of your order or need to see information that pertains to a past order, click on My Account on the top menu. You'll be asked to login. From My Account, click on to see a detailed look of any one of your previous orders listed.
Saving Items In My Shopping Cart
If you found a few items that you are interested in, but you don’t want to purchase them at this point, you can simply add them to your Shopping Cart. Make sure to go to My Account and login (if you are a returning customer) or create a new account (if you are a new customer) before leaving the GoBIO! website. Your selected items will be saved in your shopping cart, until you are ready to check out at a later visit or you decide to delete them from your cart.
My Personal Address Book
For your convenience, you can add up to 5 addresses to your personal GoBIO! Address Book. When placing an order you simply check your ‘sent to’ address of choice. No need to re-enter it every time you want to send to an address, that is not your Primary Address.
Pricing And Payments
All prices at GoBIO! Organics are in CA Dollars.
A minimum order of $25.00 is required before you can check out. Orders over $85.00 are eligible for free shipping (Canada & USA only).
Taxes are included in all product pricing and shipping charges.
We offer the following Payment options:

Secure e-payment provider with many payment options. Pay directly by credit card, no need to set up a PayPal account.
Shipping And Handling
All items are shipped from our warehouse in Ontario via Canada Post generally within 2 Business Days after you placed your order, unless we advice you by e-mail otherwise. We do offer Free Shipping for all orders over $85.00 shipped within Canada and the USA. Orders below $85.00 will be charged Canada Post shipping rates. You can use our Shipping Estimator to preview your shipping charges or to select your choice of shipping. All charges are in Canadian Dollars.
Returns And Exchanges
We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not satisfied with your product, please let us know. We will promptly give you a refund.
If you want to return a product this is what we are asking you to do:
- Please check the product carefully when you receive it and if you are not satisfied, return it to us as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns for products, which were purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Send us an e-mail why you want to return the product or write the reason for your return on the back of your invoice. Enclose a copy of this invoice in your package, wrap the package securely, and send it to our address.
- If you do not have your invoice, please include a note with the reason for your return, along with your name, address and e-mail address and send the package to our address: GoBIO! Organics

- As soon as we have received your returned product, we will process your refund and will notify you via e-mail. We will send you either a cheque or apply a credit to your credit card for the price of the product. Shipping and handling as well as damaged or open products are not refundable.
Sorry, but we do not process exchanges. In case you found a product on our site that you would prefer over the one you originally ordered, please return the original product to us for refund and place a separate order for the new product. We will notify you via e-mail when the return has been processed.
