GoBIO! Organic Gelatin Powder Fruit Jello

Here is simple recipe to make Delicious Fruit Jello with GoBIO! Organic Gelatin Powder, without any added sugar.

2 cups of organic fruit juice of choice
1 tablespoon of GoBIO! Organic Gelatin Powder
1 cup of fresh berries (optional)


Take 1/2 cup of the juice and put in sauce pan on low to medium heat.
Wait until the juice is hot - do not boil - and add gelatin.
Stir gently, but constantly until the gelatin is fully dissolved.
Turn off heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Donít let it sit too long or it will start to clump.
Add the gelatin-juice mixture to your remaining 1 1/2 cups of juice.
Stir and taste.
Add and mix in sweetener of your choice if you desire.
Put the fruit into a jello mold, glass bowl or ice cube trays.
Pour the jello mixture over the fruit and stir lightly to make sure it has coated the fruit
Put jello into refrigerator and let sit for at least 3-4 hours or overnight
Cut into cubes or scoop out with a spoon.
Please do not use fresh or frozen pineapple, kiwi, mango, figs or papaya. The enzymes in these fruits interfere with the gelling process and it won't set.
