3 pkg of GoBIO! Custard or GoBIO! Vanilla Pudding Mix
6 Tbsp sweetener, e.g. cane sugar or maple syrup
6 cups (1 ½ liter) milk, soy milk or rice drink
4 medium sized apples
2 Tbsp chopped almonds
200g baking marzipan (optional)
2 Tbsp raisins
Cinnamon to taste
Wash, peel and core apples. Preheat oven to 375°F. Fill the apples with marzipan (optional). Prepare GoBIO! Custard or GoBIO! Vanilla Pudding Mix accordingly to directions on pouch. Add the raisins to the GoBIO! Pudding Mixture and pour into a greased baking dish. Place apples into the pudding mixture and sprinkle with almonds and cinnamon. Bake for about 20 min, until the apples are soft but not mushy and pudding is just golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
